If you don’t see your student’s program on their homepage, there’s a couple of things you can do to figure out why the program isn’t visible.
Check to see if the membership is assigned to your student
Log into app.codecraftworks.com with the email account used to make the program purchase. Once you’re logged in, look in the lower left side of the page and find the tab that says “Account”. Click on the Account tab to go to the Account page. Scroll to the bottom of the Account page where you will see your purchased program membership under “My Memberships”.
Under the “Status” column, check to see if the membership is both “Active” and “Assigned”. If the membership status is listed as “Unassigned”, click the “Assign Membership” button to the right and follow the prompts to assign it to a student account.
Make sure you’re logged in to the correct account
If you’re signed into the account that purchased the membership, you will not see the program appear on your homepage unless the membership was assigned to your account. When trying to log your student in, make sure they’re logged into the account that the membership was assigned to. You can check this by viewing the Display Name in the lower left corner of the screen, or by clicking the “Account” tab.
Try a different internet browser
Our app works well in a variety of browsers, but our users typically have the most success with ones like Google Chrome and Firefox. If you encounter issues with the login process, try using a different browser if available.
